Don’t live near a Thrifter location? You can still sell with us by posting your items directly to a participating store. Choose your preferred location, book your rack, send your items in, and we’ll handle the in-store selling for you.

Posting Your Items:
Send your items using one of our recommended courier services below. All items must be packaged securely, clothing must be tagged with your name and price and the box clearly labelled with your name, and order details. They must be delivered during our below shop hours. Thrifter is not responsible if couriers leave your items outside of our stores, outside of the below hours.

Noosa & Kawana: Mon-Sat 9am-2pm, Sun 10am-2pm
Mackay, Gold Coast, Sydney, Brunswick & Chapel St: Mon-Sat 10am-3pm, Sun 11am-3pm

Rack Pricing & Additional Fees:
You must select a set up fee when booking your rack. This is a $40 service which allows our staff to set up & style your rack for you. If you would like to send more then the 50 item limit, below are the stores in which you can book a top up fee ($60 top up service, we will continue to top your rack up for you) and send up to 100 pieces.

Top Up Service is available at the following stores: Noosa, Gold Coast, Sydney, Chapel St

When Your Rack Goes Live:
​
Your rack will be set up via our staff on set up day alongside the other sellers, and will be live on the 1st of your booked month.
​
Sales & Payouts:
You keep 100% of your sales. Payouts begin 1-7 days after end of selling month.

Unsold Items:
You have 3 options for end of month pack down/leftover stock:
​
1. Book the courier to collect your items (staff will pack any leftover clothing back into your box) on the last day of your selling month. This day all stores are closed to the public, for set up day. Your specific store hours on that day will be outlined in your information email, as well as in our monthly sellers Whatsapp Chats, for you to clarify with the courier when booking.
​
2. Donating your items. Send us an email letting us know that you would like to donate your items, and we will take care of them for you on our end.
​
3. Are you open to selling any remaining items to Thrifter at the end of your sale period at a heavily discounted price? If so, Thrifter will be in contact with you after Sale Weekend. Thrifter will assess your rack and offer a price based on the remaining stock.

Responsibility & Risk
All items are posted at the seller’s own risk. Thrifter is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs in transit or as a result of courier handling. Once items are received and checked in by Thrifter staff, they will be handled with care; however, Thrifter is not liable for normal wear, minor damage, or loss that may occur during the selling period as per our T&Cs when booking.

Item Acceptance
All items must meet Thrifter’s quality and brand guidelines. Thrifter reserves the right to refuse, remove, or not display items that are damaged, unclean, counterfeit, or unsuitable for sale. Refused items will be returned or managed according to the seller’s selected end-of-month option.

Delivery Timing
Items must arrive before the stated cutoff date for the selling month. Thrifter is not responsible for delayed deliveries that result in reduced selling time.
