Our monthly rate for our Rent-A-Rack system is $399 at all of our locations. Shared with a friend, it is just $199 each! Pop-up markets are just $60-$70 per stall space + yes, you can share with a friend too!

Our Half Rack option is $250. You receive 25 hangers and can top up as you sell. You cannot share with a friend for half racks.

We pride ourselves on being the cheapest Rent-A-Rack system in Australia.

You make 100% profits, we do not take a cut!

FULL RACK: You are given 45 regular hangers & 5 clip hangers. You can top up anytime throughout your month, having 50 items on your rack at any time. You are also allowed to bring 2 accessories which are included in your 50 items. This can include: pair of shoes, bags, scarves, jewellery, sunglasses etc. These can be topped up as they sell.

HALF RACK: For a Half Rack, you are given 25 hangers.  You can top up anytime throughout your month, having 25 items on your rack at any time.

You can purchase tags at shops like Officeworks, Kmart, Big W, or get creative & make them out of old cards, paper etc. We suggest pinning the tags on or attaching with string. You must put your first name & first initial of your last name on the tag, ensuring that it matches your booking name. You must also include the price of the item, and it is a good idea to put a small description on their too,

for example; Ren C, black mini dress $15.

As per our T&Cs, we can never guarantee that you will make above your rack hire. It’s not common to make less than your rack hire, especially with how busy our stores are. When it does happen, it’s usually due to stock selection, pricing, or not refreshing the rack enough throughout the month. Sellers who have good stock at relative prices, top up weekly, adjust prices when needed, and ask staff for feedback always make back, and exceed, their rack hire fee.

Information emails go out one week prior to the beginning of your booked month. Please always check your junk & spam. That email has all details about your monthly Rent-A-Rack hire.

We are always closed at all stores on the last day of every month. That is the day that you will set up, so for example, if you have booked a rack for December, your set up will be the last day of November. Pack-down details change slightly each month, so the date & time are always outlined in your information email.

We welcome a wide range of pre-loved clothing, as long as it’s clean, in great condition, and something you’d genuinely be excited to buy yourself. Items must be free from stains, damage, or offensive language/graphics. We recommend focusing on quality, on trend, and well made pieces. Ultra fast-fashion brands (such as Shein and similar) typically don’t perform well in our stores, so we suggest avoiding these in favour of items with better fabric, fit, and longevity.

Sellers get weekly updates sent in the WhatsApp Chat as well as one individual email mid month. You are welcome to pop in store any day during shop hours to check on your rack, or email your store for an update.

$40 Set Up Service - Drop off your tagged items & we’ll work our magic and set up your rack for you. You can be pre booked when booking your Rack online or you can pay this in store.

$60 Top up service. * If you work long hours and want to leave your extra items with us, it is a $60 fee and all month, we will continue to top your rack up for you to save yourself doing it! You will be provided with a large, labelled, clear tub to pop your extra items in. *Only available at select stores

You can rent a rack with one friend at a time and you both just tag your items with your own name. You still have the rack with 50 hangers, you just work out between you both how many items each. Your name will be in our system as your name and then your friend with their name…. two seperate items, sales tracked separately.

On your tags, we encourage you to write a short description of your item, your name and your price. This way when tags are collected, you can see what items are selling. You are in our POS as an item with your name. We keep your tags and do a payout of the total amount of money made at the end of your month. We keep your tags for you to collect on pack up day. Your tags will not calculate to your total as we have a sale weekend. If you want to itemise your pieces and run your own spreadsheet, we encourage you to do this on your end. Thrifter do not itemise your pieces, we keep track of total items sold and total amount made.

Optional Wardrobe Feature: $40 Add-On

At Thrifter, we love helping our sellers maximise exposure and boost sales. As an optional add-on, you can upgrade your selling month with a $40 Wardrobe Feature Package.

This includes:

- Two dedicated Instagram Story features of your rack throughout your selling month - Increased visibility to our engaged Thrifter audience - A spotlight moment that helps drive more foot traffic and interest to your wardrobe
